    The Principal, if he/she is interested in carrying out the real estate operation of this Mandate, undertakes, from the signature of the present document, NOT to rent the property that is the object of this Mandate on his/her own or through a third party, without the intervention of his/her agent Mister Alquiler. If the Principal should fail to comply with this condition, he/she will have to pay Mister Alquiler the agreed fees for the landlord as well as for the services and the PREMIUM services included in this Mandate, as compensation for the expenses and damages incurred.
