RULES OF USE FOR APPOINTMENTS IN THE MISTER ALQUILER REAL ESTATE OFFICE:

1. Appointments can be made either in person or by telephone.
2. Face-to-face appointments will take place in our office located at Calle San Bartolomé 68, El Campello. Please note: there is a public car park just 100 metres from the office for your convenience.
3. To make an appointment by telephone or in person, clients should do so directly from the “Appointment” form on the website.
4. If a face-to-face appointment has been made, it must be confirmed by WhatsApp at 629 15 15 15, clearly indicating the reason for the appointment.
Confirmation can also be made by e-mail.
5. The request for a face-to-face appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance, to allow us to organise the necessary resources.
6. If it is necessary to cancel or reschedule a previously confirmed appointment, this should be requested as urgently as possible, either by WhatsApp or email.
7. It is important that clients are punctual for the face-to-face appointment, as if they arrive late they may not be able to be properly attended to.
8. At Mister Alquiler, we value punctuality and mutual respect. Therefore, it is important that clients arrive on time for their scheduled appointment.
In case of delay, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible to reschedule the appointment, as long as it is feasible within our schedule.
9. If for any reason a client is unable to attend a scheduled appointment, we appreciate being notified as far in advance as possible. This will allow us to rearrange our schedule and accommodate other clients.
10. Any information shared during pre-appointments is confidential and will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy. We respect and protect the privacy of our clients at all times.
11. It is important to make it clear that those interested in buying or renting a property are also obliged to make an appointment through the Mister Alquiler web form. This ensures that we can attend to them in the best possible way and provide them with the appropriate attention.
 
The web form is designed exclusively for property owners wishing to sell or rent their properties, as well as those interested in purchasing or renting a property, to request an appointment in advance.
Direct service at the real estate office will not be accepted without a previously scheduled appointment. This measure is necessary to maintain an organised and efficient office environment and to provide the best possible service to clients.
 
12. If you wish to make an appointment, in addition to the communication channels indicated above, you can also make an appointment by Watsapp, email and telephone. However, preference is not guaranteed and preference will be given to all appointments, both by telephone and in person, which are made using the form on the website.
 
The process is simple, just select the day and time available for the appointment.
It is important to note that appointments are by appointment only, and the form available on our website is designed exclusively for this purpose.
 
13. In the event that, for any reason, you have made a mistake when making an appointment and wish to change the date and time, we ask you to communicate this directly to the real estate office Mister Alquiler.
 
This can be done by calling 629 15 15 15, sending an email or a WhatsApp message. In the communication, please clearly indicate the reason for the cancellation and suggest other available dates and times to reschedule the appointment.
 
14. As we receive personal data, such as name, telephone number, address and email address, it is necessary to accept the privacy policy when requesting an appointment.
If you choose to make an appointment in person at our offices, you must sign the data protection form upon arrival before providing us with any personal information, such as your name, surname, telephone number, email address and address of the property you wish to sell or rent, among others.
 
HOW TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT
To make an appointment through the form on the Mister Alquiler website, customers must follow the following steps:
  • The customer must enter the Mister Alquiler website and access the “Appointments” section.
  • In the appointment form, they must select the service they want, such as “Sign a mandate contract”, “Sign a lease contract”, “Sign a deposit contract”, “Visit a property for rent”, “Visit a property for sale”, “Real estate advice”.
  • Next, they must choose whether they wish to have a face-to-face appointment or a telephone appointment.
  • In the next step, customers must select the person with whom they wish to have the appointment. They can choose between the real estate professional Andrés Cremades or any other member of the Mister Alquiler team.
  • In the second step of the form, clients must select the date and time range in which they wish to have the appointment.
  • In the third and final step, clients must provide their full personal details, such as their full name, email address, telephone number and the reason for which they wish to make the appointment.

It is important to inform customers that they will receive a confirmation email to their email address provided. At Mister Alquiler, once we receive the appointment request, we will contact them to confirm the appointment via WhatsApp or email, depending on their preference.

Appointment cancellation policy:
If a client needs to cancel a previous appointment, please give us sufficient notice. This will allow us to rearrange our schedules and allocate that time to other clients.
We appreciate the understanding that last minute cancellations may inconvenience the scheduling of our property consultants and other interested clients.
Walk-in service:
  • It is important to mention that we work by appointment only, and all our information and advertising channels clearly state this requirement.
  • Our aim is to provide a quality service and to dedicate the appropriate time to each of our clients. Appointments allow us to organise our spaces and schedules to attend to each client in an efficient and personalised manner.
  • If a client arrives without an appointment, unfortunately we cannot guarantee immediate attention or be able to dedicate the necessary time due to our prior planning.
  • However, we will do our best to politely inform the client of the need to schedule a prior appointment and provide the option of scheduling an appointment for another time.

We appreciate the cooperation and understanding of our customers regarding the importance of prior appointments, as this allows us to offer an optimal service and meet everyone’s needs.

15. When an estate agent visits a property with a client, the latter must sign the visit record sheet.
On this sheet, they must correctly indicate all their personal details, such as telephone number, email address, ID number and full name. This information is necessary in order to provide a quality service and to be able to contact the client in case of need or to send additional information.

16. Transport rules in Mister Alquiler vehicles:
At Mister Alquiler, for security reasons, clients are not allowed access to our own fleet vehicles. Therefore, it is important that customers travel to our office in their own private vehicles. This is especially relevant for those who have children, elderly people or people with walking frames or wheelchairs.
In the event that a transfer to a visit with an estate agent is required, Mister Alquiler’s vehicle can be used. However, it is important to note that, for the safety of all occupants, only a maximum of two people may get into the back of the vehicle. No one will be allowed to sit in the front where the estate agent is driving.
These measures are necessary to ensure the safety and comfort of all those involved in property viewings. We appreciate the understanding and cooperation of clients in complying with these rules.
 
CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENTS:
 
17. The following are the situations in which Mister Alquiler may cancel a previously made appointment:
  • If a previously scheduled appointment takes longer than it should and occupies the time allocated for the next appointment, Mister Alquiler reserves the right to cancel the previously scheduled appointment that was taking place, in order to avoid delays in subsequent appointments.
  • In case the client is late for the previously scheduled appointment, Mister Alquiler may cancel it to avoid overlapping with the next appointment and to guarantee punctuality for all interested parties.
  • If, due to illness or absence of the assigned real estate agent, Mister Alquiler cannot attend the previously scheduled appointment, it will be cancelled and a new date and time will be found for the customer service.
  • If, due to a technical or computer error, an appointment has been allowed to be scheduled at a time that should not be available, Mister Alquiler will be able to cancel it and apologise for the inconvenience generated.
  • In addition, the real estate agent Andrés Cremades, as a representative of Mister Alquiler, has the power to cancel a previously scheduled appointment, either by telephone or in person, if he considers it necessary to do so for specific reasons related to customer service. This decision will be taken based on the criteria and experience of Andrés Cremades in order to guarantee the best possible quality of service to all clients.
