    The Principal, if he/she is interested in carrying out the real estate transaction of this Mandate, undertakes, as from the signature of the present document, NOT to purchase the property which is the object of this Mandate on his/her own or through a third party, without the intervention of his/her agent Mister Alquiler. If the Principal does not comply with this condition, he/she will have to pay Mister Alquiler the agreed fees of the owner as well as those of the services and of the PREMIUM services included in this Mandate, as compensation for the expenses and damages incurred.
